GENERALLY
The terms and conditions apply to private individuals (B2C sales) and orders placed on www.tellmemore.se. We encourage you to read the terms and conditions before placing an order. To place an order in the webshop, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and approval of a guardian. Separate terms and conditions apply to our retailers who place orders logged in to our B2B shop.

A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as an order confirmation has been sent from Tell Me More to the email address you have provided. If a product has run out before it has been correctly updated in the webshop, Tell Me More will notify you of this by email. If incorrect price information has been displayed in the webshop, you will be offered the option of either purchasing the product at the correct price or canceling the order.


PRICES
Prices are displayed in Swedish kronor (SEK), euros (EUR) or Norwegian kronor (NOK) and the prices are the total product price (including VAT), it does not include delivery costs or potential payment fees. Within Sweden we offer free shipping on orders over 499 SEK. If the order value is less than 499 SEK, the shipping cost is 69 SEK. The shipping cost for deliveries outside Sweden is displayed at checkout and varies between 200-300 SEK depending on the country.


TRADE FROM NORWAY
Tell Me More AB is registered with the Norwegian Tax Administration's VOEC register, which means that all Norwegian individuals who shop at tellmemore.se are covered by VOEC, Vat On E-commerce. When purchasing goods with a value of less than 3000 NOK, VAT is paid in Sweden at the time of purchase. The customer therefore does not need to pay VAT on the goods when they arrive in Norway. Please note that the price (3000 NOK) only applies to the price of the goods, not the total amount when purchasing more goods and other costs, such as shipping costs. Read more HERE .


PAYMENT
We use Klarna, which offers payment options including credit or debit card, invoice, Swish and direct payment via bank transfer. Click here (link) to read more about Klarna Global and the different payment methods.


DELIVERY
Within Sweden we offer free shipping on orders over 499 SEK. If the order value is less than 499 SEK, the shipping cost is 69 SEK. The shipping cost for deliveries outside Sweden is displayed at checkout and varies between 200-300 SEK depending on the country. We ship with DHL Freight both within and outside Sweden.

Delivery time within Sweden is normally 3 working days. Packages weighing up to 20 kg and less than 150 cm in length are delivered to the nearest DHL agent. Packages weighing more than 20 kg or longer than 150 cm are delivered to your home during the day. Please note that delivery is to the property line/gate on weekdays. DHL will contact you to schedule the delivery.

If the package is damaged upon delivery, always notify the delivery point or driver immediately, and make sure to get a receipt for the report.

If a delivered package is not picked up, Tell Me More reserves the right to cancel the order and charge you 150 SEK.

Delivery outside Sweden is normally within a week and the package is delivered to the nearest DHL agent. If the package is too large or heavy to be sent to a DHL agent, the package will be delivered to your home during the day. Please note that delivery is to the door/gate on weekdays. DHL will contact you to schedule the delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You always have the right to return an item within 14 days from the day you pick up your package. For the return to be approved, the product(s) must be in original condition and in the original packaging with the associated labels. If you want to make an exchange, make a return and place a new order in our webshop. You can choose to follow the steps below or make a return/exchange in our store in Gothenburg. For returns within Sweden, we charge a shipping fee of 69 SEK.

For orders within Sweden:
Follow these steps to return an item:

1. Email webshop@tellmemore.se if you want to make a return. We will send you a return label.
2. Fill out the enclosed return form and enter the return code for the product(s) you wish to return.
3. Pack the return carefully in the original packaging with the associated labels still attached.
4. Tear off and place the return form and the product(s) in the package. Stick the return label on it and hand it in to a DHL agent.

For orders outside Sweden:
Follow these steps to return an item:

1. Fill out the enclosed return form and enter the return code for the product(s) you wish to return.
2. Pack the return carefully in the original packaging with the associated labels still attached.
3. Send the package to the following address:

For orders outside of Sweden, the full return fee is paid by the customer. Please note that the financial responsibility for returned items is yours until the package reaches us and all items have been inspected. Tell Me More will refund the price of the item(s) using the same payment method as at the time of purchase.


DAMAGED GOODS AND COMPLAINTS
If a product is defective or damaged, we would like you to email webshop@tellmemore.se with a short description and a picture of the item. We will get back to you and help you further with your matter. In the event of a complaint, you will not pay a return fee.


COLORS
Our ambition is that the color reproduction in our images should be as realistic as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown in the webshop reflect the exact color in reality. Colors can be reflected in different ways depending on the type of computer screen, phone, image quality and display settings.


PERSONAL INFORMATION
Tell Me More Interiors AB handles your personal data in accordance with the provisions applicable to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which aims to protect your privacy on the internet. Your personal data that you provide when you place an order with us (e.g. name, address, telephone number and email address) will be registered in our systems for the purpose of us fulfilling our mission towards you. Your personal data is protected by Tell Me More and will only be shared with third parties when it is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our commitment towards you. A third party can, for example, be payment systems or logistics companies from which we purchase services. All communication we have with you via email will be saved for a maximum of one year, so that we can provide you with the level of service that you can expect from us. FORCE MAJEURE
We reserve the right to invoke Force Majeure in situations where it is applicable, such as in the event of changed legislation, natural disasters or labor market conflict.
